OVERVIEW:
As the tech industry faces a recent wave of layoffs, job seekers must stay focused & motivated in the face of uncertainty. That's why my cross-functional team & I developed Thriver, a unique platform that creates a safe & supportive space for job seekers through the use of gamification & a rewarding sense of responsibility. With Thriver, job seekers can stay motivated & engaged while building their skills & confidence, & ultimately, finding new opportunities that align with their goals & values.

• Creating & implementing the visual design direction for the website
• Conducting user research & creating user personas to inform design decisions
• Developing wireframes, prototypes, & high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts & ensure the design meets user needs & expectations
• Incorporating feedback from usability testing into design iterations
• Creating design systems & style guides to ensure consistency across the website
• Ensuring the website is responsive & optimized for all devices & screen sizes
• Staying up to date with industry trends & emerging technologies to inform design decisions & improve the website's user experience
• Providing guidance & mentorship to designers on the team
• Advocating for user-centered design principles & best practices throughout the
design process
